ROB COOPER

Certified Personal Trainer 
Strength & Sport Conditioning Coach

With over 18 years of experience as a certified personal trainer, Rob has dedicated his career to helping individuals achieve their health and fitness goals. His passion for fitness began in high school, where he excelled as a competitive athlete. This drive led him to pursue a career in personal training, earning his certification in 2006. He later expanded his expertise by obtaining diplomas in Recreation and Leisure (Therapeutic Recreation) and Business from Mohawk College.

After graduating, Rob moved to Vancouver, B.C., where he worked as a personal trainer in a high-volume downtown gym while also consulting for a fitness equipment company. In 2012, he returned to Ontario to further his education in the Health, Wellness, and Fitness program at Mohawk College. During this time, he honed his skills under industry-leading professors and gained hands-on experience as a Strength Coach for Mohawk College's varsity teams. He also worked with local sports teams, aspiring police officers in the Police Foundations Program, and was an active member of the Mohawk College Students Association and Athletics Association.

From 2014 to 2018, Rob worked across the GTA as a personal trainer, strength coach, and department head at an athletic performance academy. In 2017, he relocated to Barrie, where he built a reputation as an independent personal trainer before founding Iron Realm Fitness in 2020.

Rob’s philosophy is simple: personal training should be truly personal. He believes in providing a high-quality, training experience tailored to each client’s unique needs. His approach goes beyond physical fitness—he emphasizes mental and emotional well-being, ensuring his clients receive the support they need to thrive both inside and outside the gym.

Victoria has been a passionate and dedicated professional in the fitness industry since 2021. As a CanFitPro certified personal trainer, she brings a comprehensive and empathetic approach to health and wellness. Her expertise spans bodybuilding and hypertrophy training, weight loss strategies, nutrition coaching, gut health, mental well-being, and sleep optimization.

 

Victoria’s journey into fitness goes far beyond the gym floor—it’s rooted in a deep desire to empower others. She believes that true transformation comes from building confidence, resilience, and sustainable habits. Her coaching style is supportive, motivating, and deeply personal, ensuring each client feels seen, heard, and celebrated at every step of their journey.
