What are your staffed hours?

We’re staffed Monday–Friday 10am–6pm and Saturday 8am–2pm. The gym is unstaffed outside of these hours.

Yes. Members have 24/7 access , 365 days a year using their door access and key fob, subject to gym rules and policies.

How do I get a membership set up?

Complete the membership application on this page or contact our team. We’ll invite you in for a tour to make sure Iron Realm is what you are looking for. Once completed, we’ll set up your account, complete your waiver, and issue your key fob/app access during staffed hours.

Do I need photo ID to sign up?

Yes. A valid government photo ID is required to set up a membership or visitor pass.

Can I transfer my membership or visitor pass to someone else?

You can cancel at any time. Month-to-month memberships are not prorated. Your prepaid last month is applied as your final month of access.

No. Outside trainers are not permitted under any circumstance. Only Iron Realm Fitness coaches may provide training services in the facility. Anyone providing unauthorized training services will be banned.

Yes. We offer day passes, as well as 1-week and 2-week visitor passes for travellers and friends/family of members.

1-week and 2-week passes are available for staffed-hour access, with an option for 24/7 access by management approval.

What’s required for 24/7 access on a visitor pass?

A completed waiver, a valid government photo ID, and a credit card on file for security purposes. 24/7 access must be approved by management before it’s activated.
