No. We do not charge maintenance fees, cleaning fees, renewal fees, or “club enhancement” fees.

We’re staffed Monday–Friday 10am–6pm and Saturday 8am–2pm. The gym is unstaffed outside of these hours.

Yes. Members have 24/7 access , 365 days a year using their door access and key fob, subject to gym rules and policies.

Yes. A valid government photo ID is required to set up a membership or visitor pass.

No. Memberships and visitor passes are non-transferable.

All month-to-month billing is automated using a credit card/debit-credit on file.

For paid-in-full memberships and paid-in-full personal training, we accept e-transfer, cash, debit, or credit.

No. Iron Realm Infinite is month-to-month with no contract.

You can cancel at any time. Month-to-month memberships are not prorated. Your prepaid last month is applied as your final month of access.

No. There are no additional cancellation fees.

Yes, but paid-in-full memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable.

No. Paid-in-full memberships do not auto-renew. You’ll need to renew or choose a new option before your end date.

No. Membership is gym access only. Personal training is available separately.

Yes. We offer personal training options—visit our personal training page for more details or contact our team to get started.

No. Outside trainers are not permitted under any circumstance. Only Iron Realm Fitness coaches may provide training services in the facility. Anyone providing unauthorized training services will be banned.

Yes. We offer day passes, as well as 1-week and 2-week visitor passes for travellers and friends/family of members.

Day passes are available during staffed hours only. 1-week and 2-week passes are available for staffed-hour access, with an option for 24/7 access by management approval.

A completed waiver, a valid government photo ID, and a credit card on file for security purposes. 24/7 access must be approved by management before it’s activated.

Yes. Discount programs are available for First Responders, Healthcare Workers, and Veterinary Professionals (verification required).

Yes. Membership is intentionally capped to protect space, privacy, and the training experience.
